It's our utmost joy that every customer that shops on our website enjoys their purchase so All Items bought on LADYBIBA.COM will gladly be accepted for a store credit (of the same value of the garment) within 10 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must be devoid of any stains, must not be worn, altered, damaged, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Store credit will be issued excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned.
Please note that all items on Sale are a Final Sale. If such items are returned a ₦5000 fee will be charged and the items will be returned to you.
In the event your item is damaged or defected [we're deeply sorry!] Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange. Any international returns received later than 30 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender.
To return your items, Pls Follow the steps below to ensure you have a successful return.
1. Ensure your items are refundable. We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date as long as the item Is unwashed, unworn and free of any stains or odors. Item must not be a final sale item. Other exclusions may apply.
2. Send an email to email@example.com with order details like Name, Date or purchase and order number. You may send it using any courier of choice. We do suggest using a Trackable service as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us.
3. Once we receive your return your parcel will process within 5-7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your store credit.

Is my item returnable? Yes however some exclusions may apply. We gladly accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery. Note items must be in brand new condition, free of any stains or odors. Items bought on sale are final sale items.
Do I have to pay for return postage? Unfortunately we do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items back to us. We do suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us.
