All Items bought on LADYBIBA.COM will gladly be accepted for a refund in form of a store credit within 10 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must be devoid of any stains, must not be worn, altered, damaged, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume.
