RETURNS

All Items bought on LADYBIBA.COM will gladly be accepted for a refund in form of a store credit within 10 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must be devoid of any stains, must not be worn,  altered, damaged, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned.

    We offer worldwide shipping usually within 3-5 business days. for most locations except for pre-orders or orders with specific ship dates. 

    To get your order before Christmas, pls place your order by the 19th of December. This excludes preorders. Any order placed from the 19th of December will be processed from January 3rd 2024. If you need an outfit urgently, pls visit our Lagos store: 13, Taiye Olowu street, Lekki phase 1. For enquiries on product availability in store, pls call +234 902 353 2506 The store is closed on these dates; 25th, 26th, 30th & 31st of December 2023 & 2nd - 7th of December. Our HQ will be open when the store is closed to take your enquiries & process your orders.
